Н. кількість і біомаса фітопланктону, Новоросійська бухта, Чорне море abundance and biomass of phytoplankton, Novorossiysk bay, Black Sea The seasonal dynamics of qualitative structure and quantitative development of the phytoplankton in the Novorossiysk bay were studied from February till December, 2007. The greatest species number (90) has been registered in the open parts of the bay. Peak of the abundance (6.43 mln. cell l-1) of phytoplankton and two peaks (2.14 и 1.22 g m-3) of the biomass were fixed, caused by development Bacillariophyta. The spring peak of the abundance and the biomass has been formed by Skeletonema costatum, autumn peak of the biomass – by Proboscia alata. The maximal abundance and biomass of planktonic algae have been registered in the port area and local zones of the western coast of bay (1.12 mln. cell l-1 и 0.87 g m-3). The abundance and biomass of phytoplankton near east coast and in the open parts of bay were lower in 4 and 1.5 times. Досліджено сезонна динаміка якісного складу та кількісного розвитку фітопланктонy Новоросійської бухти, проведених з лютого по грудень 2007 року. Встановлено, що в районі рейду видова рiзноманiтнiсть планктонних водоростей (90 видів) в 1.5 рази вище, чим у порту. Встановлене весняний пік кількості (6.43 млн. кл. л-1) та два піка біомаси (2.14 и 1.22 г м-3) фiтопланктону, які були викликані розвитком діатомових водоростей. Весняний пік кількості та біомаси утворив дрібноклітинний вид Skeletonema costatum, осеній пік біомаси – крупноклітинний Proboscia alata. Найвища кількість планктонних водоростей встановлена на акваторії порту та у виходу стічних вод біля західного узбережжя бухти (1.12 млн. кл. л-1 и 0.87 г м-3). На східному узбережжі та в районі рейду кількість і біомаса фітопланктону в 4 та 1.5 рази нижче.
