Typical signs of gross pathologies including various forms of ulcers, tumors, fin erosion, etc. were described in the wild adult turbot. The occurrence of numerous diseased turbot could be attributed to poor condition of its habitat on the South-Western Crimean shelf related to both natural and anthropogenic factors. |
