It has been shown that in accordance with to specific growth rate (0.50 – 0.59 day-1), total carotenoid yield (≈ 1.7 mg·l-1·day-1) and carotenoidcontent in dry biomass (0.9 – 1.0 %) both species can be recommended for further studies on developing of their mass culture technology. |
