As adult as juveniles maritae occurs in the wrasses guts through the year; individual digenean of this species lives about a year; as a rule, total abundance of digeneans doesn’t suffer considerable changes during the year period. Such model of seasonal changes provides relative independence of Helicometra fasciata population system of inter-annual fluctuations of abiotic environment and stability of the population in the Black Sea coastal biocenosis. |
