The object-oriented model of pelagic plankton community, supplemented by the hydrochemical block, which describes cycles of nitrogen and sulfur in aerobic and anaerobic conditions, is used. The integral two-layer model considering influence of atmospheric variability describes the hydrodynamics of the system. Behaviour of alive components during change of oxidizing conditions in the bottom layer to regenerative and back is investigated. |
