На основі даних, отриманих на п'ятьох станціях у прибережних поверхневих водах Чорного моря в районі Севастополя в 2002 – 2003 р., представлена сезонна динаміка відношення С:хл“a” у нано- і мікрофітопланктоні. Протягом року цей показник змінювався приблизно на порядок. Представлено регресійні залежності, що відбивають комбіновану дію світла, температури, біогенних речовин і видового складу фітопланктону на величину С:хл“a”. Отримано, що 87 % від загальної мінливості цього відношення визначається спільною дією чотирьох вище названих перемінних.
