The causes of the conceptions crash as for the living organism self-generation from inanimate substance were analyzed. The new model of biopoesis grounded on the phenomenon discovery with respect to deep (abyssal) hydrocarbon-polymineral ectoplasm intrusion into the upper stratified part of the earth crust was founded on a basis of specific theoretical and experimental investigations. Викладено теоретичні засади сучасних уявлень про походження життя, або біопоез. Проаналізовано причини краху концепції самозародження живих організмів з неживої субстанції. На підставі конкретних теоретичних та експериментальних досліджень обґрунтовано нову модель біопоезу, яка базується на відкритті явища вторгнення у верхню шарувату частину земної кори глибинних вуглеводнево-полімінеральних флюїдів.
