The results of these studies are aimed at solving urgent and strategically important scientific and technical problems related to a significant increase in the energy efficiency of existing, reconstructed and newly constructed buildings and structures of Ukraine in accordance with the requirements of the EU energy and climate legislation. У доповіді проаналізовано досвід Інституту технічної теплофізики НАН України з проведення робіт за напрямом фундаментальної теплофізичної інженерії будівель і споруд з метою доведення їх до стану пасивних будівель, будівель «нуль енергії», «розумних» будівель за умови підвищення їхньої енергетичної стійкості та мінімізації викидів парникових газів. Результати цих досліджень спрямовано на вирішення актуальних і стратегічно важливих науково-технічних проблем, пов’язаних із суттєвим підвищенням енергетичної ефективності наявних, відбудованих і новозбудованих будівель та споруд України згідно з вимогами енергетичного і кліматичного законодавства ЄС.
