Резюме:The article analyzes the main threats to Ukrainian critical national infrastructure (CNI) by cruise and aeroballistic russian missiles. The known characteristics of the main missiles of the enemy, as well as approximate calculations of their specific parameters, are collected. The methodology for calculating the protective layers of underground shelters for critical infrastructure facilities, as well as their layout schemes for the different types of vaults is presented. Based on the analysis of calculation data, the expediency of the buried location for the main elements of CNI facilities, in particular distribution substations, etc., is shown. The geometric dimensions of vaults are presented depending on soil parameters. The article is part of the authors’ series of publications on the “Fortress Country” concept developed by them, whose implementation is aimed at ensuring integral protection of the territory of Ukraine, facilities, citizens, and systems.
