Резюме:Views on the solution of conceptual issues regarding the methods and technologies of designing and constructing local simulators for personnel training in the energy sector are outlined. Local simulators should become the most popular and most demanded class of simulators at energy enterprises of Ukraine. The article proposes an information technology for constructing local simulators based on scenario-simulation modeling of energy equipment and personnel activities, which is based on modeling personnel's work activities. The main advantages of local simulators, which are implemented in accordance with the above-mentioned technology, are characterized not by the “degree of similarity” or “depth of simulation”, but by the set of implemented training exercises that form the necessary professional skills for energy equipment control. The training exercise is implemented in the form of a scenario, whose basis is the work activities of personnel, which also include elements of educational activity and corresponding response of the energy equipment to personnel actions. The article considers in detail the technological stages of designing local simulators, their content, methodologies, methods, techniques and tools for development. The result of simulator designing is a set of training exercises in the form of graphic diagrams and documented processes based on standardized BPMN notations. The resulting diagrams are the basis for software implementation of the simulator. The article presents the principles of block model construction in simulation modeling of energy equipment, according to which the simulation model is considered as a connection in a cause-and-effect network of functional elements, typical library elements, functional blocks and corresponding templates. The multimedia package of the Unity information environment is considered as a software environment for the implementation of local simulators.
