It is shown that a large-scale radiation accident causes serious consequences, exceeding the bounds of country, where it happened, and the consequences may directly or indirectly have an influence on the countries, located far away from the place the accident occurred. That’s why the special emphasis is put on the questions of the emergency respons and the antiaccidental measures planning in frame of international cooperation program. |
