Information sets, initial statements and procedures, which are used in official methodological documents in Ukraine for retrospective reconstruction of doses of internal exposure of population in 1986, are shortly described. Comparative analysis demonstrates an acceptable coincidence of estimations of doses of internal exposure normalized for the unit deposition density, which are applied in official documents in Ukraine and Russia, and also demonstrates closeness to the estimations of the ecology-dosimetric models ECOSYS and FARMLAND. The distribution of 4270 Ukrainian settlement by value of ratio of the dose from the first year after accident to the dose from subsequent 19 years is presented. It is shown, that this ratio is within the limits from 50 to 0.1 dependently from the value of aggregated transfer coefficient "soil-milk” for radioactive cesium in each separate settlement. Стисло описані інформаційні масиви, вхідні положення і процедури, що використовуються в офіційних методичних документах в Україні для ретроспекції доз внутрішнього опромінення населення в 1986р. Порівняльний аналіз показав прийнятне співпадіння оцінок доз внутрішнього опромінення, нормованих на одиницю щільності випадінь, що застосовуються в офіційних документах в Україні і в Росії, а також близькість до оцінок еколого-дозиметричних моделей ECOSYS і FARMLAND. Наведений розподіл 4270 населених пунктів України за величиною відношення дози за перший аварійний рік до дози за наступні 19 років. Продемонстровано, що це відношення лежить в межах від 50 до 0,1 в залежності від значення агрегованого коефіцієнта переходу радіоцезію по ланцюгу "грунт-молоко ” в кожному конкретному населеному пункті.
