Nuclear and Radiation Safety| Резюме: | The paper presents the main results of activities undertaken by the State Scientific and Technical Center for Nuclear and Radiation Safety in 2011: development of regulatory framework for nuclear and radiation safety, reviews and analytical activities, scientific and technical support to the regulatory authority, research and analytical justification of regulatory decisions and information and international activities of the enterprise. Participation of SSTC NRS, as a technical support organization of the nuclear regulatory authority, in in-depth safety assessment of Ukrainian NPPs in the light of the Fukushima accident in Japan is highlighted. |
