The paper presents the review of electric coolers applicable for HPGe detectors cooling, analysis of their advantages and disadvantages to solve specific tasks on developing gamma spectrometric equipment for various applications. The examples of spectrometric devices based on HPGe detectors with electric cooling and their specifications are presented. |
