The safety operation of NPPs substantially depends on efficiency of the operator’s management system. The National Nuclear Operator “Energoatom” successfully completed the development and certification of an integrated management system to comply with the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 international standards. In this regard, it has become important to ensure greater effectiveness of internal audits as an integral part or the continuous improvement process. Several approaches have been suggested for planning of internal audits and preserving the experience of personnel at South Ukraine NPP. Забезпечення безпечної експлуатації ядерних установок АЕС великою мірою залежить від ефективності системи управління, що діє в експлуатуючій організації. Керівництвом ДП «НАЕК “Енергоатом”» поставлено й успішно розв’язано задачу підготовки та сертифікації інтегрованої системи управління на відповідність вимогам міжнародних стандартів ISO 9001:2008 та ISO 14001:2004. У зв’язку з цим актуалізується питання підняття на більш високий рівень результативності проведення внутрішніх аудитів як невід’ємної складової процесу постійного вдосконалення діяльності підприємств. Запропоновано кілька підходів до планування проведення внутрішніх аудитів і збереження практичного досвіду персоналу, які використовуються на Южно-Українській АЕС.
