Nuclear and Radiation Safety| Резюме: | An approach to creation of a knowledge database (KB) of a special purpose expert system (ES) is offered. This ES is intended for the evaluation of base event probabilities of man-caused hazard. ES is used for the operative monitoring of situations on potential-dangerous objects. KB contains the information about the causal factors of risk and their influence on base events probability. Technology of knowledge acquisition has hybrid character and contains expert estimations and calculable procedures. The efficiency of technology consists in work content decline during KB creation. |
