Nuclear and Radiation Safety| Резюме: | The article analyzed regularities of changes in SSE ChNPP personnel quantity to develop practical recommendations for human resources management. Such factors influencing on the quantity of personnel are considered: amount of the operating systems; achievement of retirement age; volumes of forthcoming decommissioning activities. In accordance with the available data, the mathematical models are developed and the prognosis estimation of SSE ChNPP personnel quantity is executed. Based on the obtained data analysis, the measures are proposed to regulate the SSE ChNPP personnel quantity to fulfill decommissioning objectives. |
