The analysis covers the vectors for the future improvement of packaging and the regulatory framework on SNF transport in Ukraine and other countries. The tasks for future research were identified. The results of this research will be used during the operation of the CSNSF. Проведено огляд міжнародного та національного досвіду, пов’язаного з перевезенням відпрацьованого ядерного палива (ВЯП). Проаналізовано стан розвитку конструкції транспортних контейнерів, вектори розвитку транспортно-пакувальних комплектів у майбутньому, а також нормативну базу, що регулює перевезення ВЯП в Україні та світі. Визначено завдання для майбутніх досліджень. Результати цих досліджень будуть використані під час експлуатації ЦСВЯП.
