The methods of seedlings adaptation under greenhouse conditions were optimized. Викладено результати багаторічних досліджень розвитку представників Cattleyopsis lindenii (Lindl.) Cgn. (Orchidaceae Juss.) ex vitro та in vitro. Рослини, отримані з місць природного зростання, з успіхом адаптувалися до умов вирощування в оранжереях НБС ім. М.М. Гришка НАН України. Розроблено метод насіннєвого розмноження С. lindenii в умовах культури in vitro. Відпрацьовано прийоми постасептичної адаптації сіянців до умов оранжерей. M.M.
