Structural changes in cells of epidermal and mesophilous tissues of leaves of four tropical and subtropical species cultivated during 9 months in special container are shown. Diapason of structural changes in cell organell varied depending on cell type and morpho-biological features of test plants. Epithecular layer of leaves is important for formation of mechanism of adaptation in the group of test plants.
