Positive results were achieved with crossing of such species: A. chinensis × A. kolomikta, A. polygama × A. chinensis, A. polygama × A. kolomikta, A. polygama × A. arguta, A. polygama × A. purpurea. Наведено літературні дані щодо інтродукції та селекції актинідії (Actinidia Lindl.) в Україні, а також у близькому та далекому зарубіжжі. Особливу увагу приділено досягненням селекціонерів Національного ботанічного саду ім. М.М. Гришка НАН України та перспективі використання міжвидової гібридизації в селекції актинідії. Показано можливість одержання позитивних результатів при схрещуванні таких видів: A. chinensis × A. kolomikta, A. polygama × A. chinensis, A. polygama × A. kolomikta, A. polygama × A. arguta, A. polygama × A. purpurea.
