The growing of valuable sorts of funduks grafted on Corylus columa are especial interesting because all works in such plantation may be mechanized. Культурні форми європейських та малоазійських видів ліщини під назвою фундук здавна культивуються в Україні. Досвід їх культури свідчить про можливість використання інших видів Corylus у плодівництві України. Особливий інтерес становить вирощування цінних сортів фундука в усіх географічних зонах України та щеплення їх на штамбі C. colurna, що дає можливість повністю механізувати всі роботи. M.M.
