The quantitative correlation relations between codominant components of the park dendrocenosis are detected by using the principle of the parcelling analysis. The features of the structural-functional organization of the park ecosystem of Trostyanets version, in particular, the type of the system self-regulation are discussed. The prediction estimation of the condition of the park dendrocenosis are carried out. На прикладі старовинного ландшафтного парку “Тростянець” показана можливість і доцільність використання біогеоценологічного підходу до вивчення структурно-функціональної організації ландшафтних парків. Використовуючи принцип парцелярного аналізу, виявлено кількісні кореляційні зв’язки між кодомінантними компонентами паркового дендроценозу. Обговорюються особливості структурно-функціональної організації паркової екосистеми тростянецького варіанта, зокрема тип саморегулювання системи. Дана прогнозна оцінка стану паркового дендроценозу.
