Описано досвід вирощування представників підродини Opuntioideae К. Sch. у відкритому ґрунті на Південному узбережжі Криму. Дано оцінку морозостійкості 16 видів, серед яких виділено перспективні для вирощування у відкритому ґрунті. Встановлено зв’язок між морозостійкістю, загальним обводненням тканин та величиною осмотичного потенціалу клітинного соку. M.M.
