The peculiarietis of seed reproduction of Maclura aurantiaca Nutt, have been studied in the laboratory of the dendropark “Sofiivka” . It has been established that the seeds of maclura have no long period of rest, they may be sown in laboratory conditions all the year both in spring and autumn into the open soil. The quantity of seeds in a fruit is directly dependent on the lighting of the crown, the diameter and mass of a fruit. Досліджено особливості насіннєвого розмноження маклюри апельсиновидної в лабораторних умовах дендропарку “Софіївка”. Визначено, що насіння маклюри не має глибокого періоду спокою, його можна висівати в лабораторних умовах протягом усього року, а весною і восени – у відкритий ґрунт. Кількість насіння у супліддях напряму залежить від освітленості крони, діаметра, маси супліддя. M.M.
