Last stage of microclonal propagation – adaptation of Cercis siliquastrum L. regenerants to ex vitro conditions is investigated. Adjustable conditions and careful care are basic conditions of their successful acclimatization.

Досліджено останній етап мікроклонального розмноження рослин Cercis siliquastrum L. – адаптацію до умов ex vitro. Встановлено, що рослини-регенеранти здатні виявляти стійкість та пристосовуватися до росту в умовах ex vitro. Регульовані умови культивування та ретельний догляд за регенерантами – основні умови їх успішної адаптації. M.M.
