In culture relic species characteristics, latent in natural conditions have been revealed. Популяції реліктового ендеміка кримської флори – Sobolewskia sibirica (Willd.) P.W. Ball – локалізовані на крутосхилових осипах привершинного поясу південного макросхилу Головної гряди Кримських гір. Проведено інтродукцію рослин виду в умови ex situ клімату нижнього поясу Південного Криму, де рослини вирощували у субтропічному кліматі. Вивчено ритм розвитку дволітнього монокарпіка в культурі ex situ Південного Криму. У субтропічному кліматі рослини виду розвиваються за літньозимово-зеленим типом. У культурі виявлено реліктові ознаки виду, латентні у природних умовах. M.M.
