На основі порівняльного аналізу якісно-кількісної структури садових класів та груп світового асортименту квітниково-декоративних рослин роду жоржина (Dahlia Cav.) та їх колекцій у провідних країнах світу та Україні опрацьовано систему якісно-кількісних параметрів мінімально-репрезентативного колекційного фонду роду Dahlia НБС ім. М.М. Гришка НАН України, визначено стратегію та пріоритетні тактичні завдання щодо поліпшення його видового й сортового складу для досягнення оптимально-пізнавального рівня відображення світового багатства цієї культури.
