Gryshko National Botanical Gardens Dahlia collection found's structure improvement, up to obtaining the optimal cognitive level of representation of this decorative plant world diversity, are worked out. На основі порівняльного аналізу якісно-кількісної структури садових класів та груп світового асортименту квітниково-декоративних рослин роду жоржина (Dahlia Cav.) та їх колекцій у провідних країнах світу та Україні опрацьовано систему якісно-кількісних параметрів мінімально-репрезентативного колекційного фонду роду Dahlia НБС ім. М.М. Гришка НАН України, визначено стратегію та пріоритетні тактичні завдання щодо поліпшення його видового й сортового складу для досягнення оптимально-пізнавального рівня відображення світового багатства цієї культури.
