The results of these species introduction are adduced. Наводяться дані щодо поширення видів роду Stipa L. на Правобережному степовому Придніпров’ї. Підкреслюється, що існуюча мережа природнозаповідного фонду даного регіону не забезпечує дієвої охорони вцілілих залишків ковилових степів. Наголошується на необхідності збереження видів Stipa у ботанічних садах. Підбито підсумки інтродукції 5 видів роду у Криворізькому ботанічному саду. M.M.
