The technique of the microclonal breeding of this species is optimized. Plantsregene rants are obtained by indirect organogenesis from the callus of leaf explants. |

Висвітлено питання вегетативного розмноження представників Sansevieria cylindrica в умовах ex situ та in vitro. Встановлено, що при веденні традиційної культури в умовах оранжерей помірного клімату найефективнішим є вегетативний спосіб розмноження (найкраще 20 сантиметровими листковими живцями восени). Оптимізовано методику мікроклонального розмноження даного виду. Рослинирегенеранти отримували шляхом непрямого органогенезу з калюсу листкових експлантів. M.M.
