Mean mass of one fruit is 0,79–1,2 g, productivity – 3,1–17,0 kgs from a shrub. Is established, that the fruits of the сherry elaeagnus contain of saccharum – 10,1–15,7%, organic acids – 1,5–2,1%, pectins – 0,18–0,46%, significant amount biologically of active materials: сarotinum – 13,2–19,6 mg/100 g, Р-fissile compounds (catechols – 92–210 mg/g, antocyanes – 12–30, leicoantocyanes – 150–478, flavonoles – 22– 45 mg/g), tannic compounds – 0,3–0,5%, ascorbinicum acid – 16–33 mg of %. In pages the contents of ascorbinicum acid reaches 245 mg of %, due to what they can be used as the vitaminized component. Oil from fruits of the сherry elaeagnus for the first time to excrete, are determined his quantitative (27,3 %) and qualitative structures. У статті наведено результати оцінки перспективних селекційних форм маслинки багатоквіткової (Elaeagnus multiflora Thunb.). Середня маса одного плода відібраних форм – 0,79–1,2 г, урожайність – 3,1–17,0 кг з куща. Встановлено, що плоди маслинки містять: цукри – 10,1–15,7%, органічні кислоти – 1,5–2,1%, пектини – 0,18–0,46%, велику кількість біологічно активних речовин: каротин – 13,2–19,6 мг/100 г маси сирої речовини, Р-активні сполуки (катехінів – 92–210 мг/г, антоціанів – 12–30, лейкоантоціанів – 150–478, флавонолів – 22–45 мг/г), дубильні речовини – 0,3–0,5%, аскорбінову кислоту – 16–33 мг%. У листках вміст аскорбінової кислоти досягає 245 мг%, завдяки чому їх можна використовувати як вітамінну добавку. Вперше виділено олію з плодів маслинки, визначено її кількісний (27,3%) і якісний склад. M.M.
