Описано методику визначення якісного та кількісного складу мікрофлори вмісту кишковика лабораторних тварин, зокрема білих щурів. Метод дозволяє паралельно визначати різні групи мікроорганізмів у одній пробі вмісту кишковика та за 4 доби отримати повну картину стану мікробоценозу, що дає змогу судити про здоров’я тварин, дисбіотичні порушення у складі мікрофлори кишковика та корекцію їх пробіотичними препаратами.
