Досліджено вплив мінерального азоту та передпосівної бактеризації насіння на активність автотрофної і гетеротрофної нітрифікації в ризосферному грунті рослин жита озимого. Зі збільшенням дози мінерального азоту активність нітрифікації підвищується. Застосування мікробного препарату Діазобактерину тривалий час сприяє підвищенню рівня процесу, в основному за рахунок зростання активності гетеротрофної нітрифікації.
