Among the studied microorganisms the most important antagonist of phytopathogenic bacteria and fungi in agricoenosis were the representatives of the genera Pseudomonas, Bacillus, Trichoderma, Chaetomium and some other microorganisms. Several studied strains-antagonists were selected as the basis or as the perspective ones for the production of microbial preparations for pathogens control in agroecosystems and improvement of plants productivity. Проаналізовано взаємовідносини в агроекосистемах мікроорганізмів–антагоністів та фітопатогенів, що є важливим фактором регулювання поширення хвороб рослин. Серед досліджених у даний час особливо важливими антагоністами фітопатогенних бактерій і грибів у агроценозах є представники родів Pseudomonas, Bacillus, Trichoderma, Chaetomium та деякі інші мікроорганізми. Ряд досліджених штамів-антагоністів є основою чи перспективними для виготовлення мікробних препаратів для контролю фітопатогенів у агроекосистемах і підвищення врожайності рослин.
