Із застосуванням методу твердофазного імуноферментного аналізу визначено вміст індолілоцтової кислоти та цитокінінів у складових комплексного біопрепарату Ризогуміну – культуральній рідині Bradyrhizobium japonicum М 8 та екстракті біогумусу. На основі даних, отриманих у вегетаційному досліді з соєю, надано рекомендації щодо оптимізації вмісту зазначених фітогормонів у препараті.
