Отримано активні імунні сироватки до Bradyrhizobium japonicum М 8. За постановки реакції аглютинації з бактеріальними суспензіями показано, що в межах досліджених штамів бульбочкових бактерій сої існують серологічно споріднені і відмінні штами. В умовах вегетаційного та польового дослідів встановлено можливість серологічної ідентифікації B. japonicum M 8 безпосередньо в екстрактах бульбочок при дослідженні конкурентоспроможності штаму за попереднього створення серологічно відмінної фонової популяції бактерій.
