Agriciltural microbiology| Summary: | The influence of biopreparations on the activity of dark-chestnut soil microflora in rhizosphere of spring barley have been studied in field experiments. It was established that presowing inoculation seeds had increased quantity of bacteria transforming nitrogen and hard soluble phosphates compounds as well as had enhanced the activity of enzyme phospatase in rhizosphere soil. Furthermore, biopreparations had promoted sufficient increase of spring barley yield.
