The influence of the complex bacterial preparation Azohran on the yield of winter wheat ofthe Tsarivna variety under the conditions of the Forest-steppe of Ukraine on the gray forest soil wasinvestigated. The use of the preparation on the background of a number of fertilizer systemscontributed to the increase in wheat yield by 0.57-0.62 t/ha under the resource-saving plantprotection technology and by 0.49-0.55 t/ha under intensive one. Bacterization contributed toreducing the damage of plants with root rot, speckled leaf and spike blotch. In the obtained grain,the content of crude protein and gluten increased by 0.6-0.9% and 1.2-1.3% for resource-savingand 0.6-0.9% and 1.1-1.3% for the intensive growing technologies, respectively Досліджено вплив комплексного бактеріального препарату Азогран на урожайністьпшениці озимої сорту Царівна за вирощування культури в умовах Лісостепу України на сірому лісовому ґрунті. Використання препарату на фоні низки систем удобрення сприялопідвищенню урожайності пшениці на 0,57–0,62 т/га за ресурсоощадної технології захистурослин та на 0.49–0,55 т/га за інтенсивної. Бактеризація сприяла зниженню ураження рослин кореневими гнилями, септоріозом листя та колосу. В отриманому зерні вміст сирогопротеїну і клейковини збільшувався на 0,6–0,9 % і 1,2–1,3 % за ресурсоощадної та на 0,6–0,9 % і 1,1–1,3 % за інтенсивної технологій вирощування відповідно.
