This method provides determination of positive chemotaxis (the initial stage of plants-microbes associations forming), allows to explain the promoted activity of strains at their application in microbic complexes and it is considered to be perspective for initial evaluation of new and industrial strains. |

Запропоновано модифікацію методу визначення позитивного хемотаксису у штамів ризобактерій до ексудатів овочевих рослин на агаризованих середовищах, що полягає у заміні штучного введення хемоефекторів на нативні виділення проростків певного виду рослин, які представлені комплексом речовин. Цей метод забезпечує визначення позитивного хемотаксису (початкового етапу формування рослинно-мікробних асоціацій) та дозволяє, в деякій мірі, пояснити підвищену активність штамів при їх застосуванні у мікробних комплексах, є перспективним для попередньої оцінки нововиділених та виробничих штамів щодо їх асоціативної взаємодії з певним видом рослин.
