It also represents growth activity of Bradyrhizobium japonicum population influenced by products of symbiotic and associative diazotroph metabolism in vitro. The highest growth activity of these microorganisms is shown when their cultivation in the medium with sterile bacterial suspensions with exo- and endo- metabolites of Azospirillum brasilense. Наведено результати досліджень щодо оптимізації процесу культивування бульбочкових бактерій сої шляхом підбору оптимальних середовищ, а також з визначення ростової активності популяцій Bradyrhizobium japonicum за дії продуктів метаболізму симбіотичних і асоціативних діазотрофів в умовах in vitro. Найвища ростова активність цих мікроорганізмів виявлена при їх культивуванні в середовищі з додаванням стерилізованої бактеріальної суспензії з екзо- і ендо-метаболітами Azospirillum brasilense.
