Досліджено асоціативну азотфіксацію різних сортів озимого жита. Показано, що сорти Харківське 79, Струна, Новозибківське 150, Боротьба, Верхняцьке 32 характеризуються високим азотфіксувальним потенціалом. Зазначені сорти відзначалися високою здатністю відзиватися на інокуляцію ризосферними діазотрофами родів Azospirillum, Azotobacter, Bacillus, Pseudomonas і забезпечувати ефективне функціонування асоціативної системи діазотрофи – озиме жито.
