Встановлено, що на адгезію бактерій Azotobacter vinelandii та Bacillus subtilis на корінні огірків можуть впливати різні фактори. Основною умовою збільшення ефективності прикріплення клітин бацил є зниження від’ємного заряду їх поверхні. Адгезія клітин азотобактера залежить не тільки від електроповерхневих властивостей бактерій, але й від здатності клітин до активного руху.
