The recommended system approach gives opportunity to appreciate of degree of associativity between bacterium strains and specific species of plants and to carry out the passage of strains on root of plants for renewal its activity. The carrying out activation of strains-bioagent of bacterial preparates under greenhouse model experiments increased the efficiency this strains by 8-12 %. Розроблено методичні підходи до виділення та вивчення асоціативних мікроорганізмів на основі визначального селективного фактора, яким є прижиттєві кореневі ексудати конкретного виду рослин, що надходять в елективний субстрат. Запропонований підхід дає можливість оцінювати ступінь асоціативності штамів бактерій з конкретним видом рослин та проводити пасажування штамів на корінні з метою відновлення їх активності. Активізація штамів – біоагентів бактеріальних препаратів в умовах модельних дослідів забезпечила підвищення їх ефективності на 8-21% .
