Пропонується метод концентрування та остаточного очищення вiрусiв рослин з освітленої вірусної суспензії шляхом електрофоретичного осадження через сахарозну подушку на полiакриламiдний гель. Метод може використовуватись на доповнювнення хроматографiчних та седиментацiйних методів, а в окремих випадках і самостійно.
