It was established that the quantity and physiological and biochemical activity of the microorganisms of the studied ecological-trophic groups, the intensity and direction of the mineralization processes are changing by the soil profile. The nature and extent of such changes significantly depends on the way the soil is used. |

В умовах стаціонарного досліду і на перелогових ділянках досліджували стан мікробоценозів горизонтів сірого лісового ґрунту: гумусно-акумулятивного (0–29 см), ілювіального (30–50 см), перехідного від ілювіального горизонту до породи (92–110 см). Встановлено, що з глибиною у профілі ґрунту змінюється чисельність і фізіолого-біохімічна активність мікроорганізмів досліджених еколого-трофічних груп, напруженість і спрямованість мінералізаційних процесів. Особливості і масштаби таких змін залежать від способу використання ґрунту.
