It based on modeling of the auction for the purchase of capacity in both transmission directions of electricity through this section. The method is the basis of a process of the multilateral interstate electricity trade using IPS of Ukraine as a transit node without requiring the electricity markets coupling of neighboring countries. Розглянуто спосіб розподілу пропускної спроможності міждержавного перетину між ринками електричної енергії на основі моделювання аукціону щодо купівлі пропускної спроможності в кожному напрямку передавання електроенергії через такий перетин. Запропонований спосіб дозволяє реалізувати багатосторонню міждержавну торгівлю електроенергією з використанням ОЕС України як транзитного вузла без необхідності фактичного об’єднання ринків електричної енергії сусідніх країн.
