Шиманюк, П.В. electricity market short-term forecasting technological losses of electrical energy ринок електроенергії короткострокове прогнозування технологічні втрати електроенергії The analysis of the features of the functioning of the distribution system operators and the transmission system operator in the context of mechanisms of responsibility for unbalances of electric energy consumption and the performance of special duties on the electricity market of Ukraine is carried out. A methodology has been developed for calculation the price of error of a short-term forecast of the volume of electric energy technological losses. The distribution of the forecast error by hours of the day is analyzed. The weighted average price of the forecast error based on data for the fourth quarter of 2019 is calculated. The average annual total cost of covering unbalances was estimated at 5% of the total volume of technological losses in electric networks. References 4, figure 1. Виконано аналіз особливостей роботи операторів систем розподілу та оператора системи передачі в контексті механізмів відповідальності за небаланси споживання електричної енергії та виконання спеціальних обов’язків на ринку електричної енергії України. Розроблено методику розрахунку ціни похибки короткострокового прогнозу обсягів технологічних втрат електричної енергії. Проаналізовано розподіл ціни похибки прогнозу по годинам доби. На основі даних за четвертий квартал 2019 р. розраховано середньозважену ціну похибки прогнозу та оцінено середньорічні сукупні витрати на покриття небалансів у розмірі 5% від загального обсягу технологічних витрат в електричних мережах.
