Issues and proposals for the choice of rational modes of operation of CHP in the conditions of primary fuel shortage, reduction of electrical loads of the energy system, the risk of possible damage to energy equipment during hostilities and in the postwar recovery. It is proposed to develop and implement in the practice of planning the development of survivability criteria of stations with connected district heating systems. References 7, figures 4. Надано аналіз стану, проблем та зовнішніх умов функціонування станцій комбінованого виробництва електричної та теплової енергії в Україні, а також їхніх змін підчас воєнних дій. Розглянуто питання та надано пропозиції щодо вибору раціональних режимів роботи ТЕЦ в умовах дефіциту первинного палива, зниження електричних навантажень енергетичної системи, небезпеки пошкодження енергетичного обладнання підчас воєнних дій та у період післявоєнного відновлення. Запропоновано розробити та запровадити у практику планування розвитку ТЕЦ критеріїв живучості станцій та приєднаних до них систем централізованого теплопостачання. Бібл. 7, рис. 4.
