Наведено опис основних принципів побудови засобів імітаційного моделювання функцій балансуючого ринку електроенергії в Україні. Визначено припущення, закладені в основу імітаційної моделі балансуючого ринку. Окреслено основні функції імітаційної моделі балансуючого ринку та математичний апарат, що використовується для реалізації цих функцій.
