Представлено основні положення методу, що дозволяє автоматично оцінювати стан електрообладнання відключених приєднань та його ізоляції. Метод засновано на визначенні несиметрії параметрів електрообладнання, для чого використовується заряд ємностей приєднання від джерела постійної напруги і аналізуються параметри перехідного процесу розряду, який виникає після відключення постійної напруги.
